Step 2. Click Account Button  >>> Login

Step 3. Enter username and password

Step 4.  Click Book Sessions

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you click on a slot you will see it is a 30 minute interval.  The time that is most important is the start time, for example if you are looking at the 3:30-4:00 pm. The 3:30 time is the start time. Workouts usually last 90 minutes.
