This step will walk you through how to print programs. The first step is going to the client's Dropbox folder. To find the Dropbox folder we must first go the Windows Explorer button.

Once in the folder open their training program file. This should be an EXCEL file.

To find a client's most recent program we need to search through the client's folder on Dropbox.  Programs are saved simply as the the athlete's name or with a Y2/Y3/etc in front of their name if they have trained with BRX for more than a year.  For example, pretend that Josh Rowles is in his third year of training with BRX and you are supposed to print out his Year 3 Month 2 program.  His Dropbox folder should have the following program files in it:

  • Josh Rowles.xlsm (his first year)
  • Josh Rowles Y2.xlsm (his second year)
  • Josh Rowles Y3.xlsm >>> OPEN THIS ONE
  • Josh Rowles Summer 2017 (if college athlete who only trains in summer)

Once you have opened Josh Rowles' Year 3 program, you'll have to navigate to the correct month's tabs.

Josh needs Y3M2 printed. These are Josh's Month 2 tabs (front and back) on his Year 3 program.

Always print their most recent program!  If you're not positive which month you're supposed to be printing out, check out this link: Finding Recently Assigned Tasks on EZ Facility.  If you can find the program, then ignore the hyperlink above.

Click on the Day 1&2 tab of the latest month's program (M2 1&2 in the example above) and then select PRINT.  Make sure the contents on the tab will fit entirely one one page.

If something looks off and you do not know how to "scale to fit" to fit everything on one page, reference this here

Once the program's day 1&2 side is printed, review for any possible errors. If any errors or questions arise notify the staff member assigned to writing that athlete's program. If there are no errors, print the next tab, which has days 3&4. Place back into printing tray as seen above (logos nearest you).

After both sides are printed, staple the new program to the back of their latest program.
